    Q: Why is my credit card being declined?

    A: Barber Supply requires the exact billing address associated with your card at checkout. Even minor formatting differences can result in a declined transaction. Please contact us if issues persist.

    A: Click on "My Account" at the top of our website to check your order status.

    Q: What are the shipping costs?

    A: We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a standard shipping fee.

    All orders are shipped via UPS.

    A: No, we only ship within the U.S.

    A: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.

    Other states and territories may have slightly longer delivery times.

    During holidays or severe weather, shipping may take 6 - 10 business days.
